Who are we?
We are Illuminations, the University of Exeter’s premiere mixed acappella group. We are in our 15th Generation and are made up of 15 of Exeter University's finest singers and performers. Donned in our signature vibrant orange, we are an acappella performance group, who compete and perform in a wide array of contexts, for a wide variety of audiences, with sets tailor made to each occasion. Our Approach to Music
While we take what we do very seriously, at the core of our group ethos is the belief in the fun of music. First and foremost our goal and objective as musicians is to have fun singing and performing together, and inviting our audiences to join in on the fun we have as family of friends. We take existing songs new and old, well known and obscure and provide a new take on them with nothing but the human voice.
